Shipping Carrier

Our company partners with FedEx, USPS, UPS, and DHL to deliver packages. In this case, there is no need to worry about the shipping. In addition, some of the salient features of our delivery system are:

  • Standard Shipping
  • A standard shipping time of 5 to 8 working days can be expected. Once the item has been shipped to you (in about 3 working days), you will receive a tracking number. After receiving the tracking number, you can track the order within 24 hours.
  • Expedited shipping (not applicable on all products) 
  • You can select fast-track shipping for $14.99 per order. Within 3 to 6 business working days, the item will be shipped to you. Make sure that a fast shipping option is available at the checkout, as this option may not be available for all products.
  • International shipping 
  • For countries outside the U.S.A, we also do free shipping internationally.

Terms and Conditions

You should be aware of the following shipping terms and conditions:-

  • The delivery address for (Luxuries Mela) must be a valid street address in the US. Postboxes, Army Post Offices (APOs), or Fleet Offices (FROs). The automated system does not allow this shipping because a valid street address is required.
  • In order to avoid any delays, we recommend that you use the tracking number of your order to keep an eye on its progress. Once the product is delivered to you, the company is not responsible for it. Our shipping record is excellent, but occasionally an order gets lost in transit. As a result, we will send a replacement product as soon as possible.
  • If you are not at home on the scheduled delivery date for stranded shipping (5 to 8 business working days), FedEx will attempt to deliver your package twice. In case of an unsuccessful attempt, you will have to pick up your package at a FedEx store near you. If you fail to do so, the package will be returned to us, and we will not be held liable.
  • The estimated delivery time as well as any other calculation of days is based on an average of 5 business working days (from Monday to Friday). It is important to note that holidays are not included in the calculation of working days.
  • If you place the order on a non-working day, we will process the order on the following workday. Your item shipment due date may also be delayed by heavy weather.

You may need to wait for a few more 1 or 2 days if you have not received your product in the specified time frame as bad weather or long distances often cause delays. Track your order using the tracking number, as the system will assist you accordingly.

Please contact the carrier service if you receive the tracking number but haven’t received the product or have any other shipping issues, as we can’t access the shipping database. CONTACT US if you do not have a tracking number, and provide us with your order number, shipping address, or any other information that can be helpful to locate your order.
